Stages of Developing a Design Project

Stage 1: Meeting with the Designer
Getting acquainted with the client’s wishes and preferences.
Discussion of the interior style, functional requirements, and project objectives.

Stage 2: Contract and Technical Assignment
Signing the contract and preparing the technical assignment for the project
(including stylistic and functional requirements).
Advance payment: 50%.

                                                          Stage 3: Measurements
Designer visits the property for a visual inspection and precise measurements                                                              of the space.

Stage 4: Layout Solutions
Development of layout options with furniture and equipment placement (up to 3 options).
Discussion and refinement of layouts until they fully meet the client’s preferences.
Selection of the final option, which will serve as the basis for the entire design project.

                                                        Stage 5: Interior Style
Preparation of mood boards to define the style and color schemes of the rooms.
                                                        Approval of the stylistic direction.

Stage 6: 3D Visualization
Provides a clear view of the future interior, allowing experimentation with colors and

materials before work begins (2–4 views per room).

Alternatively:
Perspective 3D images help you see the result long before implementation.
3D visualization allows you to see how all the details come together in the interior of an

apartment, house, office, or other architectural space.
It enables assessment of solutions and timely correction of any issues. (2–4 views per room).
Payment: 25%.

                                                         Stage 7: Drawings and Specifications
Preparation of working drawings for builders to execute finishing works exactly                                                           according
to the project.
Compilation of a list of finishing materials and specifications of equipment,                                                                   furniture,
decorative elements, etc.

Stage 8: Delivery of the Design Project
The design project is delivered on a digital medium in JPG format and as a printed album.
The album contains a full printed version of the project.
By providing 2 copies of the album with technical documentation—one for the construction

team —you can independently control all construction processes at your property.
The second copy is useful when purchasing materials, as it is inconvenient to print each

drawing individually (A3 format).
Payment: 25%.
